For all you 7.3L owners, we heard your cry for a performance intake manifold and here it is. Our two-piece intake manifold system is not only the first aftermarket manifold system for the 7.3L diesel but its manufactured with the same quality and technology as all of our CFM+ Intakes. Using our Two-Piece System design,the cool air from the intercooler is now insulated and kept cool by the high temperature composite intake material. The extremely hot air from the turbo now exits through a separate aluminum elbow. By separating the extremely hot turbo-charged air elbow from the cooled air inside the intake manifold, we have negated the effect of transferring heat back into your cool air. Just like our other intakes maifolds, bench flow testing shows a significant increase in air flow through our two-piece system.This means better economy, more power, lower EGTs and faster turbo spool up. |
